CIFI Nanchang Center Demonstration Area of 630,000 ㎡ city complex and 190,000 ㎡ central park is located in Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Spanning five major spaces: commercial, office, cultural, residential and ecological, it becomes the first urban complex of CIFI in Jiangxi. In the first stage, CIFI Nanchang Center is used as the sales department of the demonstration area, and later it will be turned into a public building of the city park, gathering multi-dimensional resources such as nature, humanities, art and sports in the city, forming a multi-dimensional living circle.

圆形建筑形体如天外来客直插广场中央,透明的玻璃体块在如茵绿草间熠熠生辉。建筑位置恰如其分的衔接上下视觉,浮于斜坡上方,明丽透亮,像曲面的巨符画卷,周围的人、物、景统统收纳其中。
The round shape of the building is like a visitor from the sky plunging into the center of the square, and the transparent glass blocks shine among the green grass. The building's position is aptly connected to the upper and lower vision, floating above the slope, bright and translucent, like a curved scroll of giant symbols, in which the surrounding people, objects and scenery are all included.

建筑空间、形体和材料语言重塑着人与建筑的角色关系,而白色玻璃所带来的通透与豁达赋予建筑沉浸感与生命力。为了达到这一效果,在结构上必须选择更“细”的支柱,更轻的屋顶能消溺建筑的坠落感,构建点、线、面的合理关系。
The language of architectural space, form and material reshapes the relationship between human and architectural roles, while the transparency and openness brought by white glass gives the building a sense of immersion and vitality. In order to achieve this effect, the structure must choose thinner pillars, lighter roofs can drown the building's sense of falling, and build a reasonable relationship between point, line and surface.

屋面是直径为48米的圆形,虽然可以采用常规的“径向梁+环向梁”的网格结构方案,但屋面不论是采用铝板、矮立边铝镁锰板或者是钛锌板,都会存在屋面构造厚度过大的问题,而且会造成很多的“缝”或者“肋”。仅“吊顶+屋面保温防水”的建筑构造厚度将达到300mm左右。为了达到“轻薄屋面”效果,我们采用了自有专利的“板桁架”方案,最终实现立柱直径优化为203mm,屋面最大悬挑处16m,建成后屋面厚度几乎看不到的效果。

板桁架是一种基于产品化思维,通过极致设计和标准化的方式打造的一种用于轻薄屋面的技术方案,相对于传统钢结构 + 上下铝板包覆的屋面设计方案具有明显优势。
Plate truss is a technical solution for light roofing based on product-oriented thinking, through extreme design and standardization, which has obvious advantages over traditional steel structure + upper and lower aluminum cladding roofing design.

板桁架的主要特点就是超薄。之所以超薄,是运用了以下几项创新技术:
1)结构即建筑,通过机加工等多种技术,保证面层平整美观,无需另做铝板装饰,从而节省了双面200mm左右的装饰层厚度。
2)面层即结构,相比于分散布置的梁式结构而言,板式结构的面层钢板具备强大的刚度。
3)巧妙地W型腹板,使得板桁架双向传力效应明显,大大提高了结构的整体效应。
因此,板桁架的建筑完成厚度可以做到50mm~100mm,边缘厚度甚至可以做到5mm,比常规结构动辄300mm以上的建筑完成厚度要轻薄许多。10cm的板桁架甚至具备10m的悬挑能力。

6)The clever W-shaped web realizes the bidirectional force transmission effect of the plate truss, which greatly improves the overall effect of the structure.
Therefore, the finished thickness of the plate truss can be 50mm~100mm, and the edge thickness can even be 5mm, which is much thinner than the conventional structure with a thickness of more than 300mm. A 10cm -thick plate truss even has an 10m cantilever capability.

板桁架的第二个显著特点是连续的无缝外观,它的无缝外观甚至优于传统的铝板装饰方案,铝板拼缝处的硅胶由于年久老化易变形变色,影响外观,板桁架结构则无此顾虑,结构完成面可代替建筑面层直接使用,可在屋面、雨棚、廊桥等结构类型中广泛应用。

板桁架的第三个优点是支点布置灵活,由于板桁架具有良好的双向传力性能,建筑师可以根据空间要求灵活的布置立柱,而不必像常规梁式结构一样必须考虑与上部结构的关系。
The third advantage of the plate truss is its flexibility in support arrangement. Since the plate truss has good bidirectional force transmission performance, the architect can flexibly arrange the columns according to the space requirements, without having to consider the relationship with the superstructure like the conventional beam structure.

对于造价与工期而言,相对于传统结构体系,板桁架在结构上面的支出虽然有所增加,但由于节省了装饰铝板的费用,综合造价基本不会增加。而且简单的现场工序可以大大降低甲方的工程管理复杂度,减少管理成本。板桁架采用标准化预生产,现场施工结构完成即宣告建筑完成,省却铝板装饰工序,现场施工工期亦可缩短50%。
In terms of construction cost and construction period, compared with the traditional structural system, although the expenditure of structure has increased, the overall construction cost will basically not increase due to the savings of decorative aluminum plates. The simple on-site procedures can also greatly reduce the complexity of developer’s project management, loweing management costs. The plate truss adopts standardized prefabrication, the completion of structure also means the completion of architecture. The aluminum plate decoration process is no longer needed, the on-site construction period can be shortened by 50% as well.
