近期,中国城市轨道交通协会(以下简称“协会”)正式出版《Urban rail transit—System specification for interoper-ability of communication based train control system》(城市轨道交通 基于通信的列车运行控制系统(CBTC)互联互通)系列团体标准(共计17个部分)外文版,该系列标准是我国首部指导城市轨道交通CBTC系统互联互通建设的技术标准。

城市轨道交通成网运营后,传统单线独立建设与运营的模式所带来的乘客换乘时间长、换乘效率低、线路间资源难以共享等问题逐步显现,互联互通运营成为城轨交通网络化发展的迫切需求,而CBTC系统的互联互通也成为关键技术难点。

CBTC系统互联互通通过采用统一开放的协议和接口,解决不同厂商车载设备和地面设备不兼容的难题,实现列车在不同线路间跨线运营。CBTC系统互联互通避免了由于不同供货商标准不一造成的设备相互不兼容的问题,从根本上实现了任意线路的互联互通。为提高乘客出行直达性、减少乘客出行时间、共享车辆资源等起到了重要的支撑作用。

该系列标准是城市轨道交通领域覆盖系统设计、产品开发、测试验证和工程交付的全生命周期的系列技术标准,其明确了互联互通要管控的危险源清单,以及安全评估和认证的方式;给出了统一的系统架构和功能分配;规定了接口协议;给出了详尽的测试案例集,支持可与IEEE 1474配套使用,并保留了根据用户需求进一步扩展的条件。该系列标准在翻译过程中规范和统一了一批专业术语和定义的英文对应词,为促进城市轨道交通领域的国际 技术交流与合作提供技术支撑,具有重要意义。

该系列标准的应用实施,为提升不同线路不同厂家间的线路、车辆等资源利用、降低乘客换乘率提供了中国方案;有助于“一带一路”国家的标准联通和贸易需求;有助于城市轨道交通互联互通技术国际标准的研制与转化;有利于推进协会团体标准的国际化。该系列标准将为国际CBTC标准提供新鲜血液,并发挥重要作用。
