先概念设计,注重漏空柱的刚度,适当加大一点,三层框梁可适增大其刚度
建模计算时,注意漏空柱的平面内(外)的计算长度一定要正确,轴压比控制可稍小一点,这样柱配筋不会过大
做到这样就可以了
