因业务发展需要，现我们的客户急需招聘“Architect Engineer ---Shanghai” 建筑工程师（上海1名） 具体要求如下：
Report to ：Construction Manager
Job Responsibility:
1. Lead other designers to produce creative design and drawings up to standard.
2. Report the design project progress to the site headquarters.
3. Supervision site construction activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor¯s degree or above in Architecture.
2. 5 years of experience, prefer registerd architect.
3. Detailed knowledge of and experience with the complete project development cycle.
4. Excellent free hand sketching skill.
5. Diligent and can work under pressure.
6. Good presentation skill and English language ability is a plus.
7. Staff Management/Leadership skills.
8. Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups of people.
9. Experience of local Budgets and Cost Estimation is a plus.
